Refunds and Exchanges:

Any cornhole accessories (with the exception of custom boards, please see Repairs below) can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all of our customers. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label.

Products returned must be in new and unused condition and in it's original packaging  to be provided a refund only if we are contacted within 7 days of receipt of the product(s).

Custom Cornhole Boards Return Policy
At GLWoodworks, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with all orders. We make great efforts to insure that you receive the exact design you approved after ordering. However, due the the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns, unless of course we’ve made a mistake and didn’t send you a cornhole set that reflects the design in the preview image that you approved. Every custom cornhole order requires a customer approval of the design shown in our follow up e-mail with an attached preview. Unless you’ve requested a design change, in which case we will submit to you a new preview image of the design for an approval. Please check the preview image very carefully for misspelled words, extra words or omissions.

No Hassle Repairs:
Custom Cornhole boards cannot be returned or given a refund because they are custom made to your specifications, however we guarantee to promptly repair any part of your broken boards to new or better than new condition.

We only sell quality products that we would be proud to use or buy ourselves, and workmanship is guaranteed to hold up to NORMAL wear and tear. If for some reason your custom cornhole board happens to break within 30 days of purchase and normal wear, please contact us immediately for repair options. As most pieces are one of a kind, all repairs are subject to supply availability. If supplies are no longer available, we reserve the right to use comparable supplies instead. If comparable supplies are not available, a store credit or refund will be issued.

Shipping:

We ship merchandise to locations within the United States, via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail for most orders. Most order ship 3 to 5 business days depending on your loction.

Below you can easily find the cost of shipping to your state, if you want to have your item(s) shipped you can purchase your item online and then call us to make arrangements to have your products shipped. We will bill you separately for shipping.

Note: Please add an aditional $20.00 for packaging when calculating your shipping rate.
